1. The customer who isn't satisfied with our products, please contact us by email sales@vanlinkehair.com within 48 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue, this item is not available.
2. There won't be any restocking fee charged for exchange, but clients may have to bear the shipping fee. we do not refund the price difference if you exchanged lower priced products. For refund cases, the shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. But if it is our fault, you get full refund. After your exchange or return request has been confirmed, the return address will be given to you to send back the items.
3. Please email us with pictures of the goods that you intend to return or exchange for our reference.
4. In order to make sure that we are able to receive your returned package, please be sure to contact us before sending it back. We have every right to refuse to sign for the package if you send it back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
